Ion Exchange Resin

What is Ion Exchange Resin? They are made up of a cation and anion bead. When water flows through DI tanks containing the resin, all particulates are held inside the resin, and the water comes out near zero TDS (total dissolved solids), creating deionized water.

The resin has a lifespan. When regenerating the resin, it is a chemically intensive process that takes both hydrochloric acid, and caustic soda. Calco regenerates resin in house, saving customers the capital and time if they were to do it themselves.

We offer nationwide shipping of resin, and small tanks to be exchanged.
